Javascript Flex
This example shows a progress bar of downloading a file, with javascript this cannot be achieved without the use of flex. In the following there is no Flex showing (the Flex flash is hidden), due security of flash applications, the files uploading/downloading only can be set to the server where the page is.
This can be extended easily to upload.
